comics crazy
I can't say, I'm going back to the graphic novels/comics world,
as I've never really been that much into it before.
I bought the classic "infinity gauntlet" last week
since I never got to finish reading it
way back in high school dahil walang budget pangbili...
heheh so ngayn... naaddict na ko...
hail to the bat!
[now I have something else to do besides oversleeping]
i'm into batman
and anything with combined forces of superheroes...
the more, the merrier...
i just bought the absolute "kingdom come" and "watchmen"...
but i'm open to anything that's worth my precious free time... heheh
any recommendations...
ones with good stories... or good art...
or a whopping 2 hit combo of good story and art...
comment on this blog for suggestions! :D
currently, these are the recommendations that I got:
[and since my birthday is nearing...
you can just pick one from the list,
and make the little boy in me very happy on my bday!
to my gf: if you're reading this, your an exception...
i still want my PS3... heheh!]

frogs are friends... not food?!
Frogs are friends...
Frogs benefit us in many ways. They eat large number of insects
that we consider pests including mosquitoes and worms.
They have also served as important model organisms
throughout the history of science.
Eighteenth-century biologist, Luigi Galvani,
discovered the link between electricity
and the nervous system through studying them.
They are also used in labs to help researchers to test new drugs.
Think of how you would pass your biology class
without dissecting their families and friends inside out.
And what more do we want from them?

"i'm never gonna dance again..." whoops, wrong song...
In the night I hear 'em talk,
The coldest story ever told,
Somewhere far along this road [known as geylang]
He lost his soul to a human so heartless...
how could you be so heartless?!
[preferrably, the the fray's version]
Frogs are food...
for some...
But then again, after trying them out last night,
i think i'd choose to be heartless, heheh... or maybe half-heartless.
[5/10. five for it's juicy soft tasty meat and
minus five for i still can't get over the fact that they are frogs
and that they have families!]
FACT: some consider them as appetizer to their main chow
on the "odd" side of the street canned as the "chinese legs."
[also available in thai and indo... heheh]
TRIVIA: what's the diff between "rebek" and "kokak"?!
dialects?!

sentosa CMYK sunday
here is a way to spice up
a typical sentosa experience...
go C M Y K!
C is for CYAN,
M is for MAGENTA,
Y is for YELLOW,
K is for black!
[pictures taken using the "color accent" cam feature]
C is for Carlo, M is for Maan,
Y is for Yabyechi*,
K is for "he's not with us!"
[*yabyechi is baby talk for yab raychie.
raychie was my original nickname at home.
raychie came from ray christian,
it was kinda hard to do the "kri" sound
when i started talking at age of x.
yab is baby talk for lab, which is also baby talk for love.
yab is me and my girlfriend's term of endearment. digs?]
but when you're not part of cmyk
and if you don't have the courage to sit
beside a pretty chick you don't know...
...you'll definitely be left out...
...sitting behind the bus just like your schooling days...
...eeewwww, kaka-turn off...
...looking away... mumbling: "hmmm, d namin kilala yan!"...
Yaayy! Sentosa!
[after some time, we we're finally convinced
to change the way we see things...]
bathing hellboy
day-off with the cachos...kodakan na!
going up to higher ground to see...
...cranes and works in progress...
...i love monoliths!
...i would probably name my first child Monolith!
...palm trees?! yay! summer!
...duh!
...jack in the back!
...paalam!...
P.S.: mamimiss kita!
P.P.S.: sulat ka ha!
P.P.P.S.: wag mo kami kalimutan!
P.P.P.P.S.: magpadala ka ng pera ah!
back at sentosa...
world renowned for being the
"pinakamalaking hugasan ng paa sa buong mundo"...
na-out of focus ako dahil sa mga machong cacho...
focus, focus, chick lang yang nasa likod...
C is for Carnivore!!
chibog...
busog...
it feels great to be on top... then jump!
bog...
ouch!...
roller coaster bus ride...
monday na naman bukas, trabaho na naman...
haaayyy ang drama...
